Shipping Policy

Gini & Jony India ships to eligible serviceable pin codes across India. Orders are usually processed within [1–3 business days], unless a different timeline is communicated on the product page, during checkout, or during peak sale periods.

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on shipping destination, courier coverage, order volume, sale periods, public holidays, weather conditions, and other operational factors.

Delivery timelines are indicative and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery commitments unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout. From time to time, free shipping may be offered on eligible orders above a specified threshold or as part of a promotional campaign.

Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the customer account section, where available.

Delivery Issues

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping and contact details at the time of placing the order. Gini & Jony shall not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incomplete address details, incorrect contact information, repeated delivery attempts, or recipient unavailability.

Cancellation Policy

An order may be cancelled before it is packed or shipped, subject to operational feasibility. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the order may instead be governed by the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Gini & Jony reserves the right to cancel any order in situations including pricing or technical errors, stock unavailability, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, misuse of promotional benefits, or unusually large purchase quantities.

Where a cancelled order is eligible for refund, the refund will be initiated through the original payment method or another suitable mode as communicated to the customer.
